CANCELLATIONS*:

- You can cancel through your confirmation email after booking. This can only be done at most, 6 hours prior to scheduled time or 50% fee will be charged.

- Appointment is cancelled if you are 10+ minutes late, fee still applies.

NO-SHOWS*:

- Will be charged 100% of your booked service.
